Dylan Dray has been teaching Pilates since 2009 receiving her mat certification from Balanced Body then her Comprehensive Training from Classical Pilates Master Instructor Kara Wily in Los Angeles. She has worked at the Hollywood YMCA, Echo Park Pilates and Arts, Kara Wily Studio, Pilates Plus Palm Springs, The Springs Country Club and The Desert Pain Institute giving her invaluable experience and knowledge for all levels of fitness.
She has trained teenagers to the elderly, pregnant women, athletes and people recovering from injuries. She moved with her husband to Palm Springs from Los Angeles 2 years ago.
Mat pilates is a fun yet challenging workout for all levels of fitness with exercises that can be modified for your current needs and progressions as you gain in strength and competence. The Pilates Principles are Awareness, Endurance, Precision, Balance, Breath, Concentration, Centering & Flowing Movement.
