Let yoga transform you from the inside out.

Remember To Wash Your Hands

We’ve always thought of our studio as our little “Om-asis” in the desert, and just like a true oasis — a place where one can refresh and renew in body, mind and soul — we want your experience here to be free from worry. That said, here are some precautions we’d like to suggest that will help keep everyone safe during the Coronovirus outbreak:

PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS

We can’t stress this enough. Hand sanitizers are helpful but according to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), HAND WASHING is your first and best defense against Coronovirus. Wash your hands at least 20 seconds with soap and warm water and dry them thoroughly after.

DON’T TOUCH YOUR FACE

Don’t touch your eyes, nose, mouth or face if you haven’t washed your hands.

SNEEZE OR COUGH INTO A TISSUE

Please keep a tissue handy to use if you need to sneeze or cough. Throw the tissue away immediately afterwards.

FEELING SICK? PLEASE STAY HOME.

Coronovirus symptoms are often mild and can be mistaken for a common cold. If you have a sore throat, fever, cough or think you “might be coming down with something”, please STAY HOME and contact your doctor right away.

BRING YOUR OWN MAT

You’re a dedicated yogi; it’s one of the many things we love about you! Now would be a great time to invest in the purchase of YOUR OWN YOGA MAT, a strap and a foam block.

STUDIO MATS

Before you put your mat away, please use available cleaning spray and a paper towel to WIPE DOWN ANY STUDIO MAT YOU USE during practice. Be sure to let the mat dry (just a few seconds) before rolling it up.

BRING A REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE

Bring water in a reusable bottle. Better for you and definitely better for the environment!

We’re committed to the health and well-being of our community, our students and our teachers.

We perform regular cleaning on all surfaces including walls, floors, bathroom, carpet, etc. and wash all mats, straps, bolster covers and blocks used at the studio. We’re modifying our regular cleaning methods to incorporate CDC recommendations and will continue to do so as new procedures are released. If you’re concerned about anything at our studio, please email us at savasana@peaceloveyogapalmsprings.com. Thank you for supporting our studio!
